Match Staffing has been in Montgomery since 1990. Prior to October 2013, we were known as Snelling Staffing. However, we have the same staff and owner doing great work for our clients and applicants.
While most applicants go to several staffing companies to apply, Match emphasizes quality over quantity thru applicant screening. After review of an applicant’s work history, we make a decision about whether we can assist that individual. We do not take an application on everyone that walks in. Please ask our owner or a staffing manager about our specific screening techniques.
Individual interview and assessment
We do not do group interviews or group everyone together to complete paperwork. We believe every applicant should be provided individual time and attention as well as the opportunity to discuss his or her options with a staffing manager.
Most of our clients are long-term – they believe in the quality service we provide and the individuals we place at their offices and work sites.
If you are ever unhappy with a temporary employee from Match Staffing, let us know during the first four hours of the employee’s first day. You will not be billed for that employee, and we will immediately find a replacement.
For direct hires, if payment conditions are met, we offer a 90 day replacement guarantee if our employee quits or is terminated for cause at any time during the guarantee period. Please discuss with a recruiter for specifics.
